to ourselves. Under normal circumstances, the only place we would want to see a 1994 GEO Tracker is under the wheels of a monster truck. In this case, we want to own it. Supercharged LS2 engine, modified suspension and brakes, Z06 wheels and some flat black paint juiced onto the outside of the truck add up to the only mini-suv on planet Earth we want to own.
We are not sure if Don Hardy Race Cars built the entire trucklette or just the engine, but either way, that legenadary name was involved in this short wheelbased go kart. Flat black is verging on the cliche these days, but here it works. The Grand Sport stripes on the front fenders are certainly and homage to the Tracker’s Corvette nether regions, but we’d ditch those babies soon after taking ownership.
According to the seller, the engine only has 475 miles on it and is backed by a 4L60E automatic transmission. There’s a posi rear with 3.42 gears out back, biog brakes, sway bars and the dude selling the rig says that he has both the soft and hard tops for the truck.
Call us crazy, but we’re in love. Dare to be different!

Nice. Makes my wifes ’93 2wd sidekick look lame. Even with the 1.6L these things are fun to drive and cheep to boot. #1 problem with these things is high milage head gasket problems, want to bet thats where this project started?
Pretty sure I saw this on a Powerblock episode where they stuffed an LS into a 4wd Blazer. The guy who built the Geo was the guest installer.
The guy that built the Geo is from Fayetteville Tn. He also built a blown LS Chevy Colorado. I saw the Tracker autocrossing at the Nashville Power Tour stop. It looked pretty quick.
I’ll take one!
my question, where is video of this hoT Rod??
