Our wall-to-wall coverage of the 2014 LA Roadsters Show continues today with more photos featuring some of the killer cars on the grounds of the Pomona Fairplex where the event was held. Today’s concentrated coolness is centered around the unique engines that you will see in this gallery. Everything from Hemi engines to blown SOHC Fords can be seen in here. There are big blocks, blown four cylinders (a Poncho!) and other stuff to look at and admire.
Because the “wrapper” is largely the same with many of these cars, the guts are what really make them interesting to us. While we completely understand the small block/overdrive combo in cars like this those are not the machines that make us stop and take notice. The ones with weirdo combos, outlandish combos, and just plan odd combos turn our crank and there are several in this collection that had us gawking like weird celebrity stalkers.
