Automotive diversity. It’s something that I enjoy at shows. I want to see more than the predictable Camaro or Mustang…I want unique, I want vision, I want something that I won’t see everyday. Something like a 1968 Newport rumbling down the street in the middle of a swarm of silver late-model soul-less midsize sedans and cute-utes. Something like an M93 Fox nuclear, biological and chemical vehicle rolling alongside a 1967 Olds 442. Now that’s pretty damn unique, especially for a Friday afternoon, but that’s just the way that Woodward works: if it has plates, insurance and a street-ish looking tire, chances are very good that you can expect to see it rolling up and down Woodward Avenue during the Woodward Dream Cruise.
