BangShift.com Announces Road Tour Express Team Members

Team BangShift.com is ready to rock the roads of sunny southern California for the first Road Tour Express of 2011 and we’ve put together a hodgepodge group befitting he BangShift name. We’ve got the big three covered with a 10 second Mustang, a ’59 Chevy Impala Convertible, a ’63 Dodge Dart Wagon, and a Trans Am. All we need now is a big rig, a Bassett Hound and an idiot Sherriff!

Team Members Loren and Gail (Loren and Loren’swife), Bill (CDMBill), Doug and Scott (BearPhoto and Rebeldryver), and Nick (Racingsnake440) will be relaying the “package” across all of southern California while hitting some cool attractions and looking at beautiful scenery along the way. Each driver and co-pilot will be spending a day enjoying their hot rods, by driving them, and will be taking you along with them via photos, video, and blog posts.

BangShift Team cars include Bill’s 580 cubic inch 10.0 second naturally aspirated 1971 Mustang Convertible, which means burnout video and photos are virtually guaranteed. Loren and his wife Gail will be piloting their beautiful 1959 Impala convertible which is basically stock other than a set of Torque Thrusts. Doug and Scott will be piloting Doug’s Smokey and the Bandit Trans Am and promise to hit on chicks, outrun the cops, and jump something along the way. Bringing the package in for the final leg of the relay will be Nick in his 1963 Dodge Dart Wagon. We don’t know if he’ll have the surfboard in the back, but if he does he’ll be able to hit the surf on his way up PCH into El Segundo.

We’ll be bringing you more details on the trip as our team members finalize their routes in the coming days, but based on preliminary planning, you’ll be seeing some great attractions and southern California landmarks. Stay tuned!
