There were lots of Cobra Jets on the grounds at Maple Grove last weekend as we showed you yesterday but there was even more classic Ford iron running in stock, super stock, and competition eliminator.

I’m proud to be friends with Bobby Fazio{mustang} and Jamie Schoenly{Maverick}both are excellent racers and great people.Both cars are little 289’sprepared by Bob Fazio SR. of Fazio Automotive in Collegeville Pa. Bob Sr.also did the transmissions and rears in both the cars,something unheard of in this day and age of mega buck NHRA Superstock racing. Both Bobby Jr. and Jamie finished in the the top 40 in points in the super competitive NED Division One of NHRA both running a limited schedule of races, a true testament to their respective driving abilities
