One of the coolest and most action packed weekends of nostalgia drag racing happens each July in Pennsylvania. The York US30 Dragstrip Reunion and the Muscle Car Madness Car Show make up a one two punch of coolness that rivals any other nostalgia event in the country. Luckily for us Joe Grippo was on the scene for the show and the drags and sent us more than 300 photos of. great cars, killer strip action, and cool nostalgia stuff.

The York US30 Reunion and Muscle Car Madness show brings together a wonderful mix of 4 wheeled awesomeness each July. Door Cars, Funny Cars, Dragsters and Altereds lined up nose to tail and amid that scene walk loads of quarter mile legends willing to answer question or spin a tale. 2010 featured a nice collection of Jr. Stockers, Tri-5 Chevys, Corvettes and the like. Love it. You should go next year.
The action portion was held at scenic Beaver Springs Dragway. 45 Nostalgia Super Stockers, tons of Gassers, a few Funny Cars, a bunch of bracket racers and a combo for real Stock/Super Stock cars made for a killer day of competitition at the Beaver strip. Add in a nice size car show and some awesome retired drag cars on display and you had another killer day of old and new Drag Racing…..Nice.
