(Photos by Charles Wickam) – We promised you more photos from the incredibly Wheels and Keels Concours D’Elegance from Seabrook, Texas and here they are. Charles Wickam had great access to the event and spent a bunch of time hob-knobbing with guys like Bryan Fuller of Bryan Fuller Hot Rods, Al Unser Jr, and oogling hundreds of amazing cars and vintage boats. As we said yesterday, this is one of the most diverse shows we have ever seen and the two photos below should tip you off to that. The top photos is an actual Pontiac factory concept car and the machine below that is a Kurtis roadster like dominated so much of American open wheel racing in the middle of the 20th century. Two amazingly opposite cars but here they are at the same event. That’s bad ass in our book and we’re thinking that this show should go on our 2013 “must do” list. It just looks that good!
