Woodward is just a few days away, and as we saw last year, the cruise is going on longer than just the Saturday. But there are plenty of things going on during the week around to check out, and we got word from Allpar about one in particular we would like to highlight.

The man in the picture is FCA engineer Ryan Goimarac, and he will be posted up with a tent and a table Thursday through Sunday to raise money to help a friend, Stephen Carey. Stephen has been battling cancer, and while he’s in remission right now, life hasn’t been that kind to him. Stephen recently found himself without a car after the one he had was totaled out in an accident, and with the medical bills taking out all of the available funds, things haven’t been great. Goimarac will be sketching cars for donations to help Carey purchase a “safe, used vehicle” for his friend. According to Goimarac, “Any amount will help, and we are thankful and grateful to any contributions.”
