(Photos by Jacob Marshall) – The indoor car show season is roaring around the USA and we have photo dispatches from a bunch of our contributors that we’ll be sharing from recent events but we wanted to jam this one in here today because it has some special significance. This is Jacob Marshall’s first BangShifty contribution and we hope it is one of many more to come. Jacob is in college and is a certified gearhead who will be traipsing around the middle part of the country and blasting photos at events like the Indy World of Wheels, Merrill Ice Drags, and whatever else he manages to come across. His stuff is great and we’re always glad to have another talented dude on the BS crew that now canvasses the world.

This looks like one of the neater world of wheels shows we have seen in some time because of the diversity of equipment you’ll see in Jacob’s photos. From blown hot rods to beautiful historic racers like this swoopy Lotus below, there was something for everyone. As we have talked about many times, the local World of Wheels shows were  something we always looked forward to as kids and it seems as though that trend has continued. You’ll see lots of guys with kiddos in the background of Jacob’s photos and that’s a good sign. The memories you make as a tike attending shows like this pay off down the road as you evolve as a car guy or girl.
