(Photos by Charles Wickam) – These days it seems like Texas is cranking out the awesome car show events left and right. Thankfully we have our intrepid man on the scene Charles Wickam there to keep tabs on all the good stuff that is happening in his neck of the woods.
Recently, Charles attended the Lone Star Deluxe car show in Texas City, Texas and he reports that the event was a blast and there were lots of great stuff to look at there. You don’t have to take his word for it because his photos do the whole deal justice below. With a beer garden, a pinup contest, a bunch of bands and a ton of vendors, it was a full service good time for the whole family.
There’s lots of great stuff to see in this gallery so rather than let our words to the talking we’ll let these images get the job done. If you are in the Texas City area and you are not attending this show, you are missing out. It was the fourth annual running of the event in 2016 and we’re guessing that number five will be happening in late April of 2017. We’ll keep you posted because this is not one that you want to miss!
