(Photos by Doug Gregory) – For several days each August Louisville, Kentucky becomes the hot rod capitol of the world. The NSRA Street Rod Nationals have been held in the fine city since forever and the show is truly one of the events that should be on every car guy’s “list of stuff to do”. Thousand and thousands of cars, trucks, and creations that have not been properly named yet come into the city along with every big and small name manufacturer in the industry. Why are they there? Simply put because that’s where the people are. Companies like Powermaster will be there providing charging system testing and advice along with a host of others that can help you fix your car, improve your car, or just throw you a compliment about how cool it is. That’s how they roll.

BangShift ace photo contributor Doug Gregory has been attending this show for 15 years and has been blasting photos of it en masse for nearly as long. Yesterday we showed you the first batch of photos that he sent over which take a look back over the last 10 years of the event and today we’ve got the second batch to complete the whole look. Things sure change quick in this hobby when it comes to aesthetics but mechanically it seems that we’re all moving at about the same pace. There’s some weirdos, some cool stuff, and some flat out beauties in here. Enjoy!
