Spectre Performance’s Brandy Morrow Wins Vendor Class Autocross at Goodguys in Columbus!

Spectre Performance’s Brandy Morrow Wins Vendor Class Autocross at Goodguys in Columbus!

Our congratulations to Spectre Performance, and Marketing Representative Brandy Morrow, for her win at this weekends Goodguys PPG Nationals Autocross event. Columbus is the Goodguys biggest event of the year and all the major players were on hand, with multiple cars, in the Vendor category. As always, BangShift Chad was on hand calling all the Goodguys Autocross action, where Morrow took down all comers in the flared fender, Hot Rod Magazine featured, Spectre Carbon Camaro. Spectre was one of only two vendors on hand with only one car in competition and she drove the wheels off the fat black Camaro.

Putting together a perfect run on Columbus’ big, tricky, and bumpy track gave all the competitors fits, and Brandy’s 32.622 second run had everyone slack jawed. Putting together a perfect run on the autocross is really easy if you were to take one turn from this run and one turn from another, but getting all the turns right on one run is very difficult. With Ridetech, Detroit Speed, AFCO, and the Roadster Shop bringing out their big guns, Brandy would not be ashamed to say that she was not expecting a win this weekend. She’s spent the last couple years honing her driving skills, and the car’s handling, and it all came together this weekend with the biggest win of her career.

Congratulations to Brandy and the whole Spectre Performance crew.

  1. The ORIGINAL Speedy

but I took a lot of snaps the first time I saw Spectre’s Gen II F-blob. It’s built right and I’m surprised that it hasn’t won more on the Goodguys Auto-X circuit.

Amir Rosenbaum’s building and racing some great rides. He’s rapidly ascending to the top of the bangshifting ziggurat.

And it’s even cooler that all the pro-touring vendor boys got it handed to them by a girl!
