I love swap meets, and I honestly wish there were more of them in Texas than there are. The swap meet scene here is so different than they are in California, so it was hard to get used to them when we first moved here decades ago. Texans enjoy sleeping in a bit more than Californians, so they tend to happen later in the day. But there are some good ones for sure, and the Decatur Swap Meet is one of them that everyone wants to hit. It’s sort of the unofficial start of swap meet season in Texas. We couldn’t make it this year, but luckily we found cool video and it’s time to share it with you all!
