We’re starting a big day of galleries in Texas at a very unique show, the Keels and Wheels Concours d’elegance in Seabrook, Texas. This is not a hoity-toity Pebble Beach type deal. Instead it is a large show, highlighting all aspects of cars from a multitude of eras and backgrounds. The Keels and Wheels Concours D’Elegance featured a collection of old Indy cars this year, including one of Smokey Yunick’s Indy machines that we believe is his infamous iron block chevy engined car.
Wickam managed to get into the place, which is a miracle in itself. He poured on the coals once inside and sent us an awesome gallery that gearheads of all makes, models, and places of origin will dig. From Firebirds to Indy cars, here we go!
