We’re total suckers for a good wheelstand sequence, and there should be a bunch of them coming from Chad’s lens this week on Hot Rod Magazine Drag Week 2011 presented by Gear Vendors. On day one, it was an old favorite that yanked the front hoops better than all the rest. Jon Huber and his 8-second, turbocharged, 2.3L four banger Mustang did the trick and Chad got it all.
This car has been written about, drooled over, and praised for years, so we’ll sum it up by saying that it’s bitchin’ and it does stuff like this regularly.
