There’s no accounting for automotive fascinations. Just when we thought that our tractor love was out there, we found a web site for people who just like Mopar cars built in 1970, only at the Hamtramck, Michigan, assembly plant. That’s weird. It’s The 1970 Hamtramck Registry, and they have 9,000 cars documented.
Besides that, the site has a very good collection of old photos, press clippings, and advertisements that show old dealerships, old plants, and old racing. Surfing the photos is a great way to burn off a case of the Mondays.

Our favorite was this guy who traded in a ’31 Rolls Royce for a new Dodge Crew Cab! We would have done the same. That truck rules.
We like how it has not even left the plant, and the flip-up headlight doors already don’t work:
