Name This Mystery Forlorn Monster Truck!

Name This Mystery Forlorn Monster Truck!

Old monster trucks seem to generally lead sad lives. They get parked outside at truck stops or used as yard art a car museums, or in the case of this tank tracked monster truck, left for dead at a junkyard in Florida. Our man Berserko Bob was cruising the other day and happened down a road he hadn’t explored before since he’s retired to Florida. While headed down that road he snapped the photos below of this truck.

We’re using the term truck as a general nom de guerre for this machine which actually wears a Dodge van body. The van appears to have been the perfect length to sit where a gun turret and junk would have originally been on the tank the truck was derived from.

We know that a bunch of our readers are monster truck fiends and several of you out there are history buffs for this sort of junk. Tell us the story behind this van! Give us some specs on what type of tank the body is sitting on. Hook us up with the 411!

didn’t make an episode of “The A-Team” I’ll never know.

“Hanibal, tank tracks will do it every time!”

“Right, B.A. I love it when a plan comes together.”

“Murdock, I pity the fool who touchs my van!”
