I’m a big fan of the square body GM trucks, and I also love Vector and Turbine Wheels. Of course Vectors were found on the General Lee and Turbines were found on the A-Team van. The difference is basically the number of “spokes” or ribs that are in the wheels and they are iconic for muscle cars and street machines as well as trucks and vans from the street machine era. I love them both and think these look great on the C10. Since the A-Team Van is also based on the C10 platform, I really REALLY want someone to get a Chevy van and lower it with a set of these under it. Mmmm mmmm mmm. And can you imagine what other 5×5 bolt pattern vehicles we might be able to slap them on? Hmmmmmm
Okay, but enough about my love affair with these wheels on the vans, here is the video description from Halibrand and the introduction of these rad new wheels.
Video Description:
Halibrand’s new Turbine wheels are a modern interpretation of an iconic wheel design from the the ‘60s and ‘70s. Manufactured using an advanced flow-forming technique, Turbine wheels come in 19in and 20in diameters and are purpose-built to fit GM Squarebody C10 Trucks. They offer a unique, eye-catching aesthetic that perfectly fills the wheel wells.
