Jeremy Mayfield’s former lawyer, Bill Diehl, has filed court paperwork seeking to recoup nearly $400,000 in unpaid legal fees. This must have been something Mayfield saw coming as he just held the big auction on his property in the Carolinas.
Mayfield seems to be clearly fighting a lost cause on this one and with each new newst story that breaks it looks more and more like the walls are closing in on his case. We can only imagine how much he is going to be into his current law firm for by the time this is all said and done. It may well show Diehl to be a bargain
