The much anticipated four lane Top Fuel and Funny Car exhibition runs made yesterday at the NHRA Carolina Nationals held at zMax Dragway in Concord, North Carolina, were a big hit with fans and the drivers involved, according to the NHRA.
We watched the action on television and it was cool enough from our living room, so it must have been totally bitchin’ for those at the strip. The NHRA seems to hint that they will use the four lane setup in some way, shape, or form at future events at the track, but do not seem to go so far to say it will be a regular happening.
