I like a good Cummins as much as the next guy, but this is a bit over the top. Of course it won’t surprise you since it is coming from Westen Champlin, but at the same time it is taking the Cummins swap the world mantra a bit far don’t you think? It even has a neighbor hater sticking out of the hood. This beast is torn up, from its life before Westen got it, but their plan is to make this thing good again.
