Here is the second video in the series about mounting the cab and making it tilt. It features Brent from Halfass Kustoms over at Karl’s place from Make It Kustom. Together they are going to thrash and see how far they can get on a brand-new ramp truck project. If you missed the previous videos, you’ll be able to use the link below to watch those too.
Dude! This 1971 GMC fire truck that Karl at Make It Kustom found, is in unbelievable condition and ready for a new home. His plan is to put that thing together on a new chassis and to make it into the ultimate badass hot rod ramp truck. Of course, Brent from Halfass Kustoms has been watching Karl’s other projects and saw the firetruck cab in the background. He reached out to Karl and said he was going to be in the area for a few days and that they should get together and thrash on it to make it a running and driving rig together. When the announcement was made, from two of my favorite YouTube channels, I was already hooked and ready to go. This is a project we are going to love watching come together.
In this first video, you’ll see the chassis swap plan, a bunch of disassembly, and more. You don’t want to miss this one.
