This one is a good one people! This 1966 Impala SS has so many great options and parts that I’d love to get for one of my projects, but someone needs to save this thing whole so they can build it. There is barely any rust, there is already a big block sitting in it, and it’s got a factory tach, console, buckets, and more. This is a great start to an awesome hot rod and we’d love to see it saved.

I found this 1966 Impala SS tucked away in a garage with a 1965 Impala 4 dr ht. I showed you a glimpse of them a few months ago when I pulled them out of the old garage, and now, we’ll take a good look at the 1966 SS now that its out of the garage!!!!
This Super Sport really doesn’t look too bad for its age. The frame looks good and the floors are pretty decent. There is some rust in the trunk floor, but it is not completely gone. Most of the trim appears to be there and inside, the car is still pretty much intact. Under the hood, the 327 is gone and someone started to swap this car over to a big block.
