World’s Worst 1957 Chevrolet: Clearing Over The Patina, The Moss, And So Much More!

World’s Worst 1957 Chevrolet: Clearing Over The Patina, The Moss, And So Much More!

We’ve been sharing all the build videos on this DD Speed Shop 1957 Chevrolet project and it’s getting close to done after a jillion hours of welding in dozens of free patch panels, a rebuilt donor chassis, suspension, junkyard drivetrain, and so much more. And in this episode it is getting some shine. But is Dan even going to clean this thing up before that clear goes on? With him you never know, and he might just go right over the top of everything, including the moss!

Video Description:

Viewer Discretion Advised.

I just did this to have a little fun. The car is bad, the prep was bad, the application was bad but the product was great!

Since we’re building the worst 1957 Chevy on the planet, we couldn’t do any bodywork. I want this car to show all it scars and blemishes. It is far from perfect but I wanted it to show what car be done with a little hard work and left over parts.

I used the Vice Grip clear then put on some donated trim to finish this hot rod off. It’s ugly but its a car again!
