There are certain combos that just completely ooze cool. This 1970 Bronco is one of them. The fact that it is a ’70 Bronco is one thing. The fact that it is all original and has the right weatherbeaten parts and pieces to look just perfectly so is another. The fact that it has (and likely has for decades) a Bronco specific slide in camper in the back of it that is also completely 70s is the icing on the cake. We’re sure that the foam padding on the bench and bed area is completely hashed and we have no idea if the electrical system of the camper works but just get a load of this thing!
The canvas expanding area is in virtually mint condition and the whole rig is in that magical state of well-maintained Florida perfection that seemingly few lucky cars and trucks get to experience. Because the stuffing is not all bashed out of this one let’s assume that it spent many lazy weekend parked by the surf with the occupants partying by bonfires at night. The seller says that the truck is 99% original with the rockers being the only major replacement panels on the rig, lending us again to believe that this baby was a beach bum for a lot of its life.
Hell, look at the spare tire! Even that thing is 40+ years old.
This is a time capsule and that sound you hear is Chad’s head blowing off his shoulders. The seller wants $29,999 and we think that he’ll get it .
You won’t see one of these at your Cars and Coffee every week. Cool retro rig. At the going price for early Broncos these days, the price is a bargain. Added bonus is that I think every single part is available aftermarket for the truck.
