(By Greg Rourke) – Here’s one for the WTF? files. A diesel powered log motorcycle/bus thingie.
The video opens with a pirate (note the eye patch) yelling something. Apparently it’s not to hold the phone horizontally. This vehicle is a log on two wheels, powered by a hand cranked diesel. He must not be planning on starting it again, he just throws the crank after it fires.
Off he goes. Is it just him on this ill conceived mode of transport? Nope, he picks up passengers. And their parcels. And some cat with a range strapped to his back. We haven’t given any thought to brakes, he was as surprised as we are this deal works at all. So when we need to slow down, he yells at everyone to drag their feet. One guy yells back at what loosely translates to “Next time I’ll spend the extra money for Amazon Prime”.
Apparently they have rednecks in China. Who knew?
