We’ve featured KBS Coatings here on the site before, and have one of their kits sitting on the shelf to refresh our flatbed on the dually as soon as we can get the shop done and ready for projects. Their feature rich coatings are DIY friendly, made to last, and have been developed with vehicles in mind. Some coatings and paints on the market are adapted from other industries, and while this can work in some applications, they are often lacking in durability in an automotive environment. You have to remember that your car or truck going down the road is often being beat up by gravel and sand that are mixing with rain and chemicals on the road. This is hard on them and if you don’t have a coating that is capable of handling that, it won’t look good for long.
