We’re down for some cheap paint jobs, and have a car we’d love to put some color on for cheap, but $60? Is that too cheap? Can you possibly paint a pickup truck for $60 and have it look better than the old dusty and faded factory paint? Derek from Vice Grip Garage is going to test out the theory that it can in fact be done, by putting some new paint on his 3/4 ton Chevy pickup. It’s white, looks fine to me, and at least from the driver’s side looks pretty straight too. I haven’t watched the video yet either, because I want to be surprised as well, but I have my doubts on how nice this thing can look for $60. Will it be a rattle can paint job? A Rustoleum by the quart paint job? Implement/Tractor Paint? Or something else?

Let’s find out and see what kind of shenanigans are going on here and if the results will be at least a little bit shiny. I have to say, if anyone can pull off something worth having, it’s going to be Derek.
