David at Willomet Motor and Fab is my kind of car guy. He’s got some varied taste, but has a special passion for square body GM Suburbans which are a favorite of mine. In his latest video, he’s doing a few minor upgrades to the family tow pig, a 2001 Chevrolet with an LB7 Duramax under the hood. He’s not looking for some big giant power gains, as he’s not concerned with having 4 digit torque number for the towing he’s doing. That means some simple, and smart, underhood mods that aid in efficiency are the kinds of things he’s going for.
Check out the video to see him do these mods on the LB7 and also hang with him for a visit to an awesome square body GM salvage yard where he hunted for some parts for his square body Suburban off-road rig. Check it out.

Save 7% at Dirty Diesel Customs: https://www.dirtydieselcustom.ca/will…
About 85% of what goes through a diesel engine is just air, so anything that frees up the easy and clean intake of air should help efficiency. That’s the goal with these upgrades from Fleece, Banks, and Dirty Diesel Customs.
Hope y’all enjoy. David
