To answer your first question, this car does run and drive. It actually sits two people, in theory anyway. This 2/3 scale 1957 Chevy was designed by Dave Deal and built for the Revell model company to promote a line of their models.
Although the blower is a fake, the rest of the drivetrain is good to go with a 265ci small block chevy and four speed trans ready to cruise the fairgrounds. This is literally a toy come to life and if you know something about Dave Deal, this funky creation totally fits the bill.
