Another One Coming Back To Life: McCool’s Charger Gets It’s New Big-Block Mopar!

Ever since we first saw it on a trailer headed back to his home in Tennessee, Dylan McCool’s 1969 Dodge Charger has been under our watchful eye. McCool’s a Mopar fan who had scored one of the most fanatical brand loyalists’s dream cars, one that even Ford and GM fans have to nod in appreciation to. The 1969 Charger has a cult following that requires the word “cult” to be underscored. Whether you’re a Duke Boy, a Toretto loyalist, or even dream of the blue ’68 Charger that Dennis drove in “Christine”, any 1968-70 Charger gets fans drooling like Pavlov’s dog. We’re no different, so seeing that McCool went with a 440 build for his Charger and that it’s currently sporting the black steel wheels is starting to raise our blood pressure a bit. And we have no doubt that it’s raising his own, too…the Charger is a dream build for him, and while he might enjoy messing around with his Cordoba or cheap Olds wagon, getting the Charger fired off and moving is a big step in the right direction and we can’t wait to see what comes next!
