Deep Cold Project: Re-Trimming A 1960 Fury While The Snow Still Falls Outside

The weather might be warming up where you are at if you’re in the States, but up north in Canada, it seems that the weather is still fully locked in winter mode. Pandemic or not, that’s still grounds for getting into the shop and getting that project car finished up and in the case of the Cold War Motors channel, that project is a blue and white 1960 Plymouth Fury. The paint work has been done and it’s time to put the monster finned Plymouth back together. One of many, many projects that are in the wings, the Plymouth is a restoration piece that is being brought back to stock, back to beautiful. No, it’s not the only vehicle on-hand…there’s a Citröen DS that needs some major metalworking repair to fix a tear and a van that needs some more bits.

The thing we like about this channel is that they are just down-to-earth, no-bullshit workers. They have a car, they have work that needs to happen to get that car back to life, and they get it done without having to farm it out to twenty thousand shops. Who makes parts for a Citröen DS or a 1960 Fury? Nobody, unless you get off your ass and get it done yourself! Check out the ongoing work by clicking the play button below:
