I’m on the hunt for a new family tow rig right now, and while I want a 3/4 ton Suburban, I sure do dig a Duramax crew cab as well. That’s why I’m jealous of the Grandpa special that Derek scored recently to make into his new shop rig. If you are wondering why he needs a shop rig, when he’s got the Deermax, he’ll go over that in the video as well. He’s going to de-Grandpa some stuff on this one, do some visual and performance mods, and ultimately turn this thing into the Vice Grip Garage shop rig you expect.
