Even though this guy clearly has great car control skills and seems to have completed this maneuver before, we don’t see it as being all that bright a thing to do. He could have easily wadded up his car, caused a chain reaction wreck if he blocked the ramp, or heaven forbid is he were seen by a local law enforcement official. When we tell you that this is not a situation you’ll be able to talk yourself out of, remember that as you watch the video and you see what this guy actually does.

Chad and I were trying to figure out where this was filmed at and we came to the conclusion that it may be Norway. Identifying the car is something we both totally fail on. It is rear wheel drive and has a six banger in it by the sounds of the noises it made when the driver goes for it in the video and starts roasting the tires. It is a left hand steer car, so things are happening on the correct side of the road by American standards.

As you’ll see,  the guy gives the machine a little flick before entering the ramp and then feeds the power and steering into it, perfectly drifting the car around the ramp and by the end, completely fog-banking the road in the process. Pay close attention to the front wheel as he gets deeper and deeper into the drift. Look at the wild camber that thing has. We think that the car is totally set up as a drift machine. It is just too good at getting sideways and being completely manageable in that position. No doubt though, the driver was coming home alive!
