Next weekend will be a busy one for Chad and I. He’ll be bringing you a live broadcast from the Pacific Street Car Association and Pro Stock Shootout from Las Vegas and I’ll be down in Baton Rouge, Louisiana plying the announcing trade for the IHRA at their Nitro Jam event. There will be a stack of Pro Mods there, including the bad ass machine of Shawn Davis, featured in this video making an incredible save! Yes it appears that the car grazes the wall ever so lightly, but it could have been very much worse.
This is about the longest we have ever seen a Pro Mod get up on two wheels and not go turtle. Davis did a superb job in not ending up on the roof during this ordeal. As an aside, the track that this video was shot at, is the same one that’ll be hosting the event next weekend, State Capital Dragway in Baton Rouge, LA.
