For three years now, I’ve been trying to go to the Fall Redneck Rumble in Lebanon, Tennessee. I’ve gone to a couple of the Spring shows, but everyone who I’ve ever asked says that the fall show is the one to see. At least this year I had a better excuse than “I forgot” for missing it, because I was in Utah. Still, with the great vehicles that show up and the vendors selling some killer pieces, from old tools to mini bikes and even a car swap meet, the Rumble isn’t something to miss if you’re within a drive from the Nashville area. There’s a little bit of everything, from rods to customs to muscle to absolute freak shows, and I mean that in a good sense. If you are hoping for super-pretty stuff, this ain’t for you…around this area, function trumps style by a wide margin. That’s not to say that everything in here is meant to offend…I’m personally torn between the satin black Cougar and the four-door Biscayne that show up around the five-minute mark myself. But don’t think you’re going to see a lot of World Of Wheels-type stuff here. These are cars that will get driven, and usually driven rather often. Dylan McCool made the trek with a couple of rides from his collection and shot quite a bit of video that you can enjoy!
