When we were planning the build on the 48 Hour Camaro, we had some of the best companies in the aftermarket supplying parts. Companies like GearVendors, MSD, Holley, Lingenfelter, Ridetech, BFG, etc. When Bret from Ridetech decided that he wanted to use a radiator from Shawn and Don Armstrong at U.S. Radiator, we hit the road and visited their Los Angeles California manufacturing plant. It was old school bitchin and we had a great time. Here is the video from our trip. We had a lot of fun finding out all the dirt on how radiators go together, and appreciated the tour. Stuff you won’t see in the video is their own in house tool and die guy making each tank stamp by hand using originals as templates, their own in house project cars, and more. They are cool folks. We appreciated the tour in a big way.
