More Australian Burnout Video: We Can’t Get Enough Of These Crazy Bastards and Why Aren’t Our New Cars Rear Wheel Drive?

I can’t help myself. I love the Australian burnout competitions. They seriously kick our asses, and I consider myself to be an expert in the area of smoking tires. And how in the hell is it that even modern cars on the Australian continent are rear wheel drive? That’s an unfair advantage! Their cars are cooler, they have more burnout contests, apparently less lawyers, and tires that smoke in different colors. How the hell does that work? Who am I kidding, I’m a purest. I like my white tire smoke.

Anyway, check out this cool video. Good music too. You’ll dig it. And until next time…Smoke’em if you got ’em.

I’m with you Chad, I love those Aussie burnouts, looking forward to eventually going back there and see some in person.

Being an Aussie and living in the greatest country in the world (lack of litigation wise) I enjoy seeing the odd skid myself and will be definately going to a burnout comp as soon as my stepside is mobile! As far as the coulored smoke they are expensive tyres going up in smoke and are also used in drifting.I also heard a little bird say they are trying to get burnouts made into a proper motor sport over here , with rules and proper judging. Thats how big it’s getting. A lot of the cars are regular streeters but now there are many purpose built cars coming onto the scene.
