Ride On The Roof As Sean Ashe’s X275 Mustang Spins Out Of Control And Whacks The Wall!

This is one of those happy ending stories that you’ll only hear at the race track. Sean Ashe’s flat black, ProCharged X275 Mustang is one bad mother of a car. This video is proof of the power it makes as you’ll see the car come off the starting line and run very, very hard until it shifts into high gear. At that point, the thing is making so much power that it lights the rear tires up, causing a near complete loss of control and sending the car on what looks to be an awful course into the wall on the far side of the track.

Ashe did a masterful job to prevent a wreck that could have been absolutely disastrous and make it into a “relatively” minor affair. We say that because the machine does whack the wall decently hard on the driver’s side but it wasn’t bad enough to keep the team down. The guys wrenched and bent and taped and glued the car back together again and made a go of it at the event. You have to love determination like that and it is happening all the time in the pits of tracks across the country. These guys are good!

Watch the video a couple of times. It looks all the world to us that Ashe acutally steered himself into the kind of arcing loop that prevented massive damage to the car. At first glance it seems destined to be a near center punch with the wall, but as it starts to cross lanes, he gets the car to rotate into a “gentle scrub” with the concrete, relatively speaking.

Crazy video! Press play below to watch!
