How To Service Your Ridetech Air Ride Solenoid Valves At Home

If you have Air Suspension on your hot rod, like we do on several of ours, you are occasionally going to need to service your air solenoid valves like any moving part on your hot rod. If you live in incredibly humid or harsh areas, or you don’t regularly use your air solenoid valves, you might have to service them a bit more often. We’ve had air ride on a bunch of vehicles and can tell you that our regularly driven stuff has never had a problem with solenoids not functioning, but we have pulled them apart and found some in need of cleaning. Don’t let the thought of you taking solenoid valves apart scare you. As you’ll see in the video, there are only a couple of hand tools needed to take them apart and then it is just a matter of cleaner a few parts and putting them back together. We have faith in you and think you can handle it.

In this video John is going to show you just how simple it is, what tools you will need, and what to look for once you have them apart. He’ll also cover just how to clean them and put them back together. Again, you can handle this and keep your air ride system working smoothly.
