Spoiler alert — The dudes from Ridetech and the 48 Hour Camaro are going to be on an upcoming episode of the gearhead show Fast n’ Loud. As is usually the case at the Gas Monkey Garage, things got a little out of hand and the gauntlet was thrown down between the TV guys and the Ridetech crew as to who could rip the better donuts and best drift their car around the lot at the shop. The 48-Hour Camaro was pitted against Gas Monkey’s neato “Frankenstein” Ford pickup. As you’ll see they both blazed tires plenty hard and slid around while liquifying rubber. It looks like everyone was having too much fun…except for the moment when it looks like Richard is about to be made into road pizza! He jumped out of the way in plenty of time though, so all was good.

I was thinking the exact same things.
the truck they sold was not that nice…and it was all “patina’d” unless they painted it and put a more snotty engine in it. They could have picked up another one, not like ford pick ups are acarce in Texas….
The truck was sold at auction on episode 6, however the buyer came to the shop for another build. KC made an offer to the guy and bought it back. Nothing fishy- just loved the truck. I’m KC’s wife by the way.
Got to give it to the truck – I could almost smell the smoke here in Omaha.

While I’m not a fan of Fast n Loud, the truck own this contest hands down, but the Camaro was not built for this either.

There were two short-bed Fords. One was the old shop truck & it was a beige color and a little rough around the edges & was sold over seas…..The green one was bought as a project and done up on the show…..
