We’re not sure if the driver ever walked in a fully upright position after completing this Tuff Truck run at the 2018 Lebanon Fair in Pennsylvania. We have seen plenty of gutsy tuff truck runs before but this guy was driving like there was no tomorrow, and judging by the way the Jeep is screaming and sitting at the end of the run, there isn’t one for his mount.
The incredible toughness of the Jeep Cherokee is on display for the world to see here and it isn’t that we had forgotten how bad ass the simple, bulletproof, and long-lasting the XJ platform was, because we didn’t, it is just that it takes someone driving like an escaped mental patient to really show that junk off. Clearly this thing has an AMC inliner under the hood and as impressive as it is to watch the Jeep leap and land, one can only imagine how much more violent it all could have been. Why?
The fact that the ground was wet enough to make the surface like peanut butter keep the speeds “down”. Hell, if the ground had been try the big jump that this Jeep makes may have put it into the stands! Clearly this guy was going off that mound at full throttle no matter the conditions.
Tuff truck competitions rule, especially when maniacs are driving!
