Frankly, we’re kind of surprised to see this! Aaron Kaufman’s 1963 Ford Falcon is for sale on eBay. The car that was built on the Fast ‘n Loud TV show and carried Kaufman up Pikes Peak and around a bunch of tracks seemed like something he would hold onto forever if not just for the memories that it had provided him. But, like we said in the item about the old locomotives getting chopped up today, sentimentality cannot get in the way of progress and we’re guessing that Kaufman is clearing a stable for something cool.
As the whole world knows, Kaufman left the Gas Monkey Garage band of merry men a few months ago and we’re still kind of waiting to see what he has up his sleeve next. The hot rumor was that he and KC were doing some sort of show together and that may still be the case. Either way, we’re going to keep our eyes peeled because we genuinely like the guy and he’s got our kind of taste. This car shows that.
From the front to the back, this thing is built the right way. There’s a thumping 500hp 363ci small block Ford engine based off of a modern Boss block, there’s a Richmond Super T10 four speed manual transmission, a Mark Williams trussed 9″ rear axle has 4.00 gears in it and comes with a spare aluminum center chunk with 3.00 gears in it if you really want to see how fast the thing will go.
There are RideTech shocks on the corners and a Chris Alston sway bar is integrated into the system which by the wording is controlled by its own set of shock absorbers. That sounds kind of nutty but awesome at the same time. The RideTech shocks are the triple adjustable coil overs. The car is street legal in Texas and we imagine most other places as all of the “stuff” works and it does have an exhaust on it.
We’re digging the Forgeline wheels that round out the package along with the sticky rubber and good brakes. This thing would beat on you some as a “street car” but jeez would it be fun!

Well – it looks like another bank job!
I’ll dust off my balaclava and shotguns and go and make a withdrawal so I can have this beauty in my garage,,,,
Good to see AK stripped all the GMG shit off the car. Nicely done car.
And only $5,100! Oh, wait…
Apparently….in the show he “borrowed” the money off R. Rawlings to buy it.
Maybe Richard has called the loan in…….
Exactly
A bit sketchy when the seller had no feedback.
Are we SURE it\’s the same car? The ad makes no claim that it is.
yes, 100% is the car.
