(Words and photos by Doug Gregory) – Cynthiana is also home to another notable manufacturer.  For you folks familiar with fighting fires you might know of a company called Bullard.  Bullard is a world-leader in hard hats, respirators, and all kinds of personal protective wear.  They also manufacture top-of-the-line thermal imaging equipment.  As best we know none of that stuff was needed during the Rod Run this year, but some we close by during the burnout contest just in case.   This is the last of the series from this year’s event.  We look forward to seeing you next August for this growing good-time show.
