This right here is some GOLD. If you love old drag racing footage you’ll be on the edge of your seat for the 10:00 duration of this video. Why? You are going to see famous cars, wild runs, guys on motorcycles taking out the Christmas Tree with their bodies, wheelies, spinouts, and all kinds of great action primarily from Fremont Raceway in Northern California. The video also has some land speed racing stuff in it as well. There are snippets and glimpses of early drag racing from the 1950s but the majority of the stuff is from the 1960sand 1970s and it is just awesome.
There is no sound, so if that is a downer for you, skip it. We can get past the sound stuff because the visuals are so good and in come cases so nutty you’ll want to roll the video back and watch stuff again. Hell, at the very end the legendary Brad Anderson is doing a burnout in slow motion when all hell breaks loose and you’ll see how he responds to that scene from behind the wheel.
