The hot rodding community by and large does not get the credit it deserves when it comes from the amount of fun raising and charity work that it does. Events like the recent (and massive) Cruising’ for a Cure in Orange County, California do lots of raise money in support of medical research and other causes that really make a positive impact on people’s lives. The best part is that it is a total win/win. People at the show get to hang out and see the cars while at the end of the day, the cause that is being supported really gets a shot in the arm.

Not to get all preachy, but that’s the way we see it. Anyway, this was an awesome show and it was wide open with everything from dragsters to classics showing up to give the throngs of gear heads something to check out.
