The last time we saw Dave’s S10 the thing had a couple rods hanging out of it at the conclusion of a fairly expensive weekend full of engine damage that started when he blew up the engine in the Nova. Despite all this, Dave was smiling and laughing and having a good time. It was fun. I mean I’d have crawled under a rock and cried myself to sleep but Dave just shrugged and laughed it off. I even made him a very generous offer to buy the truck as a roller, well more to take the pile off his hands so he didn’t have to look at it anymore, but he declined. Oh well.
