FINNEGAN INSTALLs 2,500HP WORTH OF TURBOS ON HIS ’61 CADILLAC COUPE DEVILLE!

The Caddy, it’s all anyone wants to talk about when it comes to Finnegan’s projects, and for good reason. We’re talking about a car that is being setup to do drag and drive events, running in the 8’s with room for four, and enough horsepower to potentially run 200 mph at a standing half mile event. It looks all Caddy, set low to the ground, with all the style you expect and then crazy Nelson Racing power under the hood. That big power is coming from dual mirror image 88 mm turbos and in this episode Finnegan is getting the turbo kit figured out and set to fit under the hood. Check it out.

Video Description:

This is Episode 241 of Mike Finnegan’s Garage and I’m giving you what you’ve been asking for…I’m wrenching on the Caddy. This time I fabricate mounts for the Nelson Racing Engines 88mm “Mirror Image” turbochargers. These patented and polished beauties are going to flank both sides of the 540ci Dart iron Big-Block Chevy engine block and aluminum Mast Motorsports 20 degree cylinder heads. This video will show you all of the tools and techniques I used to craft custom steel mounts for the turbos.
