These are kits with the hard parts necessary to handle the deletion of the DoD system and to have your engine running on all eight every moment the key is turned over.
There are two levels of kits. The standard kit has lifters, lifter trays, head gaskets, and a head bolt kit. The Premium kit has all of that stuff PLUS the additional gaskets for exhaust, valley cover, valve covers, and a cam phaser bolt in case you planned on doing a camshaft swap when this process was going on.

These DOD Delete Kits are available in two different levels, each containing the necessary “hard-parts” needed to eliminate the Displacement On Demand/Active Fuel Management from your Gen V LT engine under all conditions in order to improve throttle response and engine durability for increased performance.
A Standard Kit includes: (16) COMP Cams® premium OE-style drop-in lifters, lifter trays, head gaskets and a head bolt kit — everything needed to complete the job. The Premium Kits include all of these same components with the addition of exhaust gaskets, valve cover gaskets, a valley cover gasket and the cam phaser bolt, allowing for a cam swap.
