It is insane that year in and year out the Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals reinvents itself and continues to bring some of the world’s most unique, rare, and never seen muscle cars out for show. Held outside of Chicago each winter, this event has rapidly risen to become one of the country’s premier automotive events, especially for those people like us who enjoy celebrating the 1960s era of factory and drag racing performance.
Like many of the country’s big shows, there are different areas where people hang out. The barn find section gets loads of traffic and they get loads of attention as well because people like dreaming about reviving rotting junk. We’re among them. While there are some barn fresh looking cars in here, this gallery is all about the rest of the show where the immaculate and occasionally stupid rare examples of Detroit’s golden era hang out.
